HISTORY OF RAMEN
Historians did not agree on the date of the first appearance of ramen: what some consider the first primitive form of ramen, others do not recognize ramen and believe that it is too far from the modern version. According to information found in the Ramen Museum, some claim that this dish was eaten in Japan as far back as 1485 – based on extracts from the magazine of the famous priest (Inryokennichiroku), in which he claims to have served a Chinese ramen-like dish called “kaitimen” . Ueno Park was created in the distant nineteenth century specifically for the relaxation of the royal family. Now Tokyois are resting here, tired of the crazy rhythm of a huge city. Despite the fact that Tokyo is a modern developing megalopolis, the government is making every effort to plant it, including preserving existing gardens and parks.
World-famous sakura trees grow in Ueno Park, the color of which can be admired from March to April, sometimes longer, depending on the beginning of flowering. Under the shade of sakura, good photos are obtained. Continue reading
