Sakura blossom time (part 3)

It is customary to gather for picnics not only during the day, but also in the late evening and even at night, because at this time the blossoming sakura is especially beautiful. In the parks and gardens under the trees, small lanterns called “wright-appu” are installed, which illuminate them from below, as well as tall lanterns made of “washi” rice paper, from which light gently falls on the flowers. Night hanami is called “Iosakura”, which means “night sakura.”

In the spring, when sakura blooms, a magical time begins in Japan. From all over the world, connoisseurs of beauty come here to enjoy the moment when the whole country is buried in white and pale pink colors. The splendor of flowering trees is difficult to put into words, however, like everything in this world, it is inconsistent. After only a couple of weeks, delicate flowers fly around, recalling that beauty and youth are short-lived, and bloom again only after a year.

Sakura blossom time All people have a desire to turn back the clock and extend the happy moments of life. The Japanese, known for their love of sakura, were able to create a small miracle – the Sakura Hi-Tech artificial cherry tree, on the branches of which small LEDs are lit instead of flowers. This once again convinces us that Japan is an amazing country in which ancient traditions are organically intertwined with high technology, where the past meets the future. This is precisely the attraction, incomprehensibility and, at the same time, the unique charm of this country.

If you want to get in touch with the traditions and culture of Japan and fully imbued with its spirit, then you should definitely see the khans with your own eyes. The Japanese cherry blossom festival is a rare beauty event that will help you understand the essence of the Japanese worldview, because the khans are part of their soul.

We will organize a trip for you during which you can see Japan in the spring during the khans, take part in traditional picnics and enjoy the contemplation of blossoming sakura, which will forever remain one of the most vivid impressions in your life.
